Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. We only offer exchange if the product has been damaged due to negligence in packing. But we do make sure every order is packed very well to withstand shipment.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All returned products are subject for inspection.

We only offer refund if there are any delays in shipping out the product. Any other reason such as change of mind and unsatisfactory use are not eligible. Only regular priced products are eligible for return and exchange, unfortunately sale products cannot be exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. It usually takes 5 to 7 working days.
If you are shipping a product over Php 500, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned product. We are not liable for any lost or unreceived returns.
