How do I place an order through your website?

  1. Click on the product you want to purchase.
  2. Select the quantity of the product.
  3. Click add to cart or buy it now.
  4. Click check out on your cart view.
  5. Fill-out the necessary details needed for the shipment.
  6. Choose a payment method.
  7. You will then receive a verification e-mail or SMS and just wait for the product/s to arrive.

Do you ship internationally?

For now, we do not ship outside the Philippines. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

 

Do you accept Returns or Refunds?

Please note that all purchases are considered final and non-refundable. Piel Beauty and Health reserves all the rights to any refund, replacement and/or cancellation of orders.

How long will it take for my order/s to arrive?

For COD and regular shipment, It usually takes 3 to 5 working days for your orders to arrive. However, in some instances, it may take longer.

Causes for delay may be but not limited to the following: 

  • Pandemic (COVID-19)
  • Acts of God (flood, earthquake and the like)
  • Resupply of Stocks
  • Holidays
  • Non-Operational Days (weekends)
  • Special Company Events

Are there other ways that we could pay for the product/s aside from cash on delivery (COD)?

Yes, we accept bank deposit/online transfer via BDO or BPI only. This is highly recommended when you're not home most of the time, and to avoid any hassle.
